Call for Florence 2026 Session Proposals
Now Open!

On behalf of the IOLC Planning Committee, we are pleased to announce that the call for session proposals for IOLC Florence 2026 is now open.

Session Proposal Guidelines:

Session Format:
45-minute sessions include 35 minutes of presentation and 10 minutes of Q&A, with a maximum of three speakers per proposal.

Speaker Guidelines:

  • Session proposals must address topics applicable to an international audience through the leadership lens

  • All presentations must be delivered in person

  • Sessions may not be commercial in nature or promote products/services

  • Speakers receive complimentary conference registration; IOLC does not provide financial assistance for airfare, travel, or accommodations

Submission Requirements:
Proposals must be submitted via the online form by March 20, 2026. Proposals received after this date will not be considered.
